介绍了表面技术研究和运用中的表面过程的直接观测技术。表面过程能被直接观测,主要是微电子技术和电子计算机技术发展的结果。表面过程的直接动态观测包括结晶过程、晶粒成长、取向、表面吸附、解吸、表面接触、摩擦、磨损、电沉积过程及离子迁移过程等。
Abstract:
Direct observation techniques for surface process in the research and application of surface technology are introduced. That surface process can be directly observed is mainly due to the development of microelectronics and electronic computer techniques. Direct dynamic observation of surface process includes processes of crystallization, crytal growth, crystal orientation, surface adsorption, surface desorption, surface contact, friction, wear, electrodeposition, ion migration and so on.
