采用单因素实验方法研究操作条件对三价铬黑色钝化膜耐蚀性的影响。通过测试,钝化液的pH、温度、时间和杂质Zn2+对三价铬黑色钝化膜耐蚀性影响很大,添加剂A剂、B剂和杂质Fe2+对三价铬黑色钝化膜耐蚀性影响较小。当操作条件ρ(A剂)为6070 mL/L、ρ(B剂)为7080mL/L、pH为2.02.2、θ为2326℃、t为60 s时,钝化膜外观均匀黑亮,耐蚀性能最佳,中性盐雾试验生白锈t大于200 h。实际生产中,应控制操作条件在最佳范围之内,才能保证钝化膜的质量。
- Abstract:

This paper presents a study on influence of operation conditions upon corrosion resistance of trivalent chrome black passive film using one-factor experimental design.It is shown that factors like pH,temperature,immersion time and impurity ρ(Zn2+) have great influence upon corrosion resistance,while other factors such as additive ρ(A),ρ(B) and impurity ρ(Fe2+) have minor impact.An even black passive film with best corrosion resistance can be formed by controlling conditions within the optimum range:ρ(A)60~70 mL/L,ρ(B)70~80 mL/L,pH 2.0~2.2,temperature 23~26 ℃ and immersion time 60 s.The passive film lasts 200 hours in salt spray test without white rust.It is concluded that during production,operation conditions should be maintained within the optimum range to ensure the best quality of black passive film.
