针对离子交换法处理含铜电镀废水再生液中Cu2+含量较高,可以回收利用,实现资源可持续发展的现状,采取电沉积法回收再生液中的铜。考察了电流密度、Cu2+初始质量浓度、pH、温度以及电解时间对铜回收率和电流效率的影响。结果表明,对以初始溶液铜离子质量浓度为1015 g/L的电镀含铜废水,在Jκ为2.1A/dm2,pH为0.8,θ为60℃,电解4h的条件下,铜回收率和电流效率可分别达到94.4%和68.7%,铜纯度99.7%。
Abstract:
When copper-containing electroplating wastewater was treated by ion-exchange method,Cu2 + content in the regeneration solution was high and recoverable,so electrolysis method could be adopted for recovering the Cu2 +from regeneration solution to achieve resources sustainable development. In this paper,effects of current density,initial Cu2 +concentration,pH,temperature and electrolysis time on Cu2 +recovery efficiency and current efficiency were inspected. Results indicated that for the copper-containing electroplating wastewater with 10 ~ 15 g / L initial Cu2 +concentration,copper recovery efficiency, current efficiency and copper purity could be reached to 94. 4%,68. 7% and 99. 7% respectively,under the following condition: current density was 2. 1 A / dm2,pH =0. 8,temperature at 60℃ and electrolysis time was 4 h.
