摘要:
在铝基体上电沉积Pb-Ag-Co合金,并作为阳极用于锌电积中。通过正交试验采用五因素四水平,以腐蚀速率和表面形貌为主要考察指标,得到最佳的镀液组成及工艺条件:80g/L甲基磺酸铅,50g/L甲基磺酸,30g/L氢氧化钠,0.3g/L硝酸银,0.5g/L硫酸钴,0.3g/L明胶,20g/L硫脲,pH为0.5,Jκ为1A/dm2,θ为40℃。
Abstract:
Pb-Ag-Co was electrodeposited on aluminum substrate,which was used in zinc electrowinning.Orthogonal experiment was determined by the best preparation process for the electrodeposition of Pb-AgCo alloy. The effects of process conditions on the coating composition,coating morphology and corrosion resistance of coatings were studied. The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions were as follows: 80 g / L( CH3SO3)2Pb; 50 g / L CH3SO3H,30 g / L NaOH,0. 3 g / L AgNO3,0. 5g/L CoSO4,20g/L thiourea,0. 3 g / L C102H151O39N31,pH =0. 5,cathode current density J =1A/dm2,temperature 40℃.
