通过实验筛选出硅烷偶联剂(KH-151)为最佳表面改性剂,研究了处理温度、处理时间、偶联剂用量等因素对纳米TiO2表面改性的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜、X-射线衍射测试手段对表面改性前后的纳米TiO2进行表征。结果表明,当改性θ为35℃、改性t为50min、硅烷偶联剂质量分数为3%时,纳米TiO2的分散效果最好。

Silane coupling agent( KH-151) is selected as the optimal surface modifier by test,influences of the factors( modification temperature,modification time,and content of the silane coupling agent) on surface modification are studied. Surface structure of the prepared samples are investigated by SEM and XRD. Results show that when modification temperature is 35℃,modification time is 50min. and content of the silane coupling agent is 3%,the modified TiO2 has the best dispersion effect.
