摘要:
建立一种新的方法即分散液-液微萃取分光光度法联用测定环境水样中的铅,选用的螯合剂为2-[(5-溴-2-吡-)]偶氮-5-二乙氨基苯酚,萃取剂为四氯化碳,分散剂为乙醇。考察了各种可能对萃取效率产生影响的因素,确定最佳萃取条件,并在最佳萃取条件下对环境水样中的铅进行了分析检测。做出线性方程,得到此方法的富集倍数为94倍,加标回收率在90%110%之间。结果表明,此方法用于环境水样中铅的分析具有灵敏度高,操作简单,重复性好等优点。
Abstract:
A new method using both dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction and spectrophotometry was established to determine the trace lead in environmental water samples. 5-Br PADAP-( 2-[( 5-bromine-2-) ]azo-5-diethyl amino phenol),CCl4and ethanol were used as chelating agent,extracting agent and dispersants,respectively. Various factors which could affect the extraction efficiency were investigated in detail to determine the best extraction condition and the trace lead in environmental water samples was analyzed under the best extraction condition. Obtained linear equation showed that the enrichment ratio of this method was 94 times while the standard addition recovery was between 90% ~ 110%. The results revealed that this new method showed many advantages in the determination of lead in environmental water,such as high sensitivity,simple operation,good repeatability,etc.
