摘要:
采用控电位方法在阳极氧化铝模板中沉积了l为20μm、d为80nm的钴纳米线阵列并考察其耐腐蚀性能。实验结果表明,Co纳米线阵列的晶型为密排六方(hcp)结构。阳极极化曲线与交流阻抗谱图显示,Co纳米线阵列电极随维生素C与尿酸溶液质量浓度增大,耐蚀性仅有小幅度降低,说明此种电极在较高质量浓度维生素C与尿酸溶液中能够长时间正常工作,是理想的生物传感器电极。
Abstract:
Cobalt nanowire array of 20 μm in length and 80 nm in diameter was electrodeposited into anodic aluminum oxide( AAO) template by potential-control method and its corrosion resistance was investigated. Experimental results showed that the Co nanowires array had hexagonal close-packed( hcp) crystalline structure. Anodic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectra indicated that when the concentration of vitamin C and uric acid increased,the corrosion resistance of Co nanowire array electrode decreased only in a small margin,this result showed that such a electrode was an ideal biosensor electrode for it could work properly in high concentration of vitamin C and uric acid solution for a long time.
