漆包线需要对引出端焊接时,要将其表面的漆去除,且不能影响基材的性能。通过实验对比了打磨法、商品级脱漆剂及自制碱性脱漆剂对漆包线脱漆效果和对基材的影响。研究表明,打磨法和商品级脱漆剂法均对基材有损伤,自制脱漆剂的脱漆速度快,能在很短的时间内脱除漆包线上的聚酯漆和聚酰亚胺漆,而且对基材没有损伤。明确了自制脱漆剂的清洗工艺,经过酸中和和水洗后减小了基材在存放中被氧化腐蚀的危险。经过拉力试验比较,证明自制的碱性脱漆剂对镍基和铜基漆包线基材影响最小。

Before welding two terminals of enameled wire together,paint on surface of the wire terminals have to be removed and properties of the wire substrate shouldn’t be affected. In this paper,influences of polishing,commercial-grade paint remover and self-made alkaline paint remover on stripping effects and wire substrate were studied. Results showed that both polishing and commercial-grade paint remover could damage the substrate,while the self-made alkaline paint remover had high stripping speed,polyester paint and polyimide varnish on wire surface could be removed in a very short time with no substrate damage. Also,cleaning process of the self-made paint remover was defined,on which the acid neutralization step and water washing step could reduce oxidation risk of the substrate during storage period. After comparison of pull tests,it was found that self-made alkaline paint remover had the minimum influence on substrates of nickel-based and copper-based enameled wire.
