为提高镁合金阳极氧化膜的耐腐蚀性能,以氧化膜厚度作为评价指标,确定了最佳的电解液组成,并通过点滴试验、扫描电镜和动电位极化曲线等研究膜的表面形貌和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,常温下,70g/L氢氧化钠,60g/L硼酸钠,60g/L硅酸钠,30g/L碳酸钠,t为20min,U为60V,脉冲频率200Hz,经氧化处理膜层δ为16μm左右,表面平整,致密性好,结合力强,耐腐蚀性优异,氧化膜主要由Mg、O、Si三种元素组成。

To improve the corrosion resistance of anodic oxide film of magnesium alloy,thickness of the oxide film was used as main index to determine the optimal electrolyte composition. Surface morphology and corrosion resistance of the film were studied by drip experiment,scanning electron microscopy( SEM)and potentiodynamic polarization curve detection means. The experiment condition was: 70 g /L sodium hydroxide,60 g /L sodium borate,60 g /L sodium silicate,30 g /L sodium carbonate,at room temperature,oxidation time of 20 min,voltage at 60 V,pulse frequency at 200 Hz. The results showed that: after oxidation,thickness of the film was about 16μm with smooth surface,strong bonding force and excellent corrosion resistance,mainly consisting of Mg,O,Si elements.
