摘要:
在碳钢表面,使用电刷镀技术制备纳米镍镀层。采用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、场发射电子显微镜和原子力显微镜对镀层进行表征。分析了镍镀层形成机理和主要影响因素。使用阳离子活性剂十六烷基溴化铵来改善镀层表面形貌。随着镀液中十六烷基溴化铵添加量的增加,刷镀层由纳米尺度颗粒组成的微尺度团簇的尺度随之减少、形成(111)织构,且能制备出完全由单一纳米尺度颗粒构成的表面。
Abstract:
Nanocrystalline nickel coating was fabricated on the surface of steel substrate by brush plating technology. The coating was characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,field emission scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscope. Formation mechanism and main affecting factors of the nickel coating were analyzed. Using cationic surfactant( CTAB) to improve surface morphology of the coating. With the content of CTAB increasing in electrolyte,the size of micro-scale clusters consisting of nano-sized particles in the coating would decrease and a( 111) texture was formed,so the coating surface with a structure of completely single nano-sized grains could be fabricated.
