摘要:
对近年来Ni-P基纳米化学复合镀层的发展情况进行综述,总结了纳米复合镀沉积机理及数学模型。重点概述了纳米粒子的分散状态、纳米粒子的添加量、镀液的p H三种影响因素,分析了纳米复合镀层的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性的研究现状,其中包含了激光表面改性技术对镀层的强化作用;最后对纳米复合镀层的发展趋势进行展望。
Abstract:
In this paper,recent development of Ni-P based nano-composite coating by electroless plating was reviewed,sedimentation mechanism and mathematical model of the nanocomposite electroless plating were summarized; three influencing factors namely nanopaticles dispersion state,nanopaticles dosage and p H value were overviewed emphatically; researching status of wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the nanocomposite coating were analyzed,which including strengthening function of laser surface modification technology for the coating. Finally,developmental trend of the nano-composite coating was prospected.
