分别采用常规电镀和超声电镀制备Cu-ZrO2复合镀层,并考察其微观组织、显微硬度、抗拉强度和耐腐蚀性。对比显示,超声电镀Cu-ZrO2复合镀层的晶粒较细、组织较致密,明显优于常规复合镀层;显微硬度、抗拉强度和耐腐蚀性亦不同程度提高。分析表明,复合镀层组织与性能的改善是由于超声波引发的冲击分散和扰动搅拌等综合效应,发挥细晶强化和弥散强化作用。

Cu-ZrO2 composite coatings were prepared by conventional electroplating and ultrasound electroplating respectively. The microstructure,microhardness and tensile strength were investigated. It showed that the ultrasonic-electroplating Cu-ZrO2 composite coating had better corrosion resistance,higher microhardness and tensile strength with fine grains and compact structure,compared to the conventional composite coating. The improved structure and performances were because of the total effects caused by ultrasound transmission such as impaction,dispersion and disturbance,as well as the crystal reinforcing dispersion strengthening effect directly or indirectly.
