- 铸铝件的含硅量高,电镀传统前处理多采用HNO3-HF体系工艺进行除垢活化,采用HNO3工艺进行退锌,在处理过程会产生大量“黄烟”和硝酸酸雾,造成严重环境污染。本文重点讨论了无硝酸环保前处理工艺在铸铝合金零件电镀中的应用,该工艺在前处理和退镀过程中可以彻底解决“黄烟”和硝酸酸雾的污染危害问题,保护环境的同时可降低废水处理成本,获得较高的环境效益和经济效益。
- Abstract:
- Cast aluminum parts have high silicon content. The traditional pretreatment of electroplating mostly adopts HNO3-HF system process for descaling and activation, and HNO3 process is used for zinc removal. In the treatment process, a lot of ‘yellow smoke’ and nitric acid mist will be produced, causing serious environmental pollution. In this paper, the application of environmental protection pretreatment process without nitric acid in the electroplating of cast aluminum alloy parts was mainly discussed. This process can completely solve the problem of pollution caused by ‘yellow smoke’ and nitric acid mist in the pretreatment and stripping process, protect the environment, reduce the cost of wastewater treatment, and obtain higher environmental and economic benefits.
