- 采用纤维素与壳聚糖复合的方法,以戊二醛为交联剂制备了一种具有 Cu 2+ 印迹的纤维素 / 壳聚糖复合微球,考察了制备过程中纤维素种类,纤维素与壳聚糖质量比、戊二醛用量、交联时间、交联温度及溶液 pH 对吸附铜( Ⅱ )的影响,并用扫描电镜( SEM )和傅里叶红外光谱( FTIR )对复合微球进行表征。结果表明,当壳聚糖与羧甲基纤维素质量比为 9 ∶ 1 ,戊二醛用量 0.7 mL ,交联温度 35 ℃ ,交联时间 80 min ,溶液 pH 为 5.23 时,复合微球对铜( Ⅱ )有较好的吸附性能,且具有良好的选择吸附能力。
- Abstract:
- : The cellulose/chitosan composite microspheres were prepared by compounding cellulose and chitosan using glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent. The effects of cellulose types , mass ratio of cellulose to chitosan , glutaraldehyde dosage , crosslinking time , crosslinking temperature and solution acidity on the adsorption of copper ( Ⅱ ) by composite microspheres were investigated. The adsorbent was characterized by scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR ) . The results show that when the mass ratio of chitosan to carboxymethyl cellulose is 9 ∶ 1 , the glutaraldehyde dosage is 0.7 mL , the crosslinking temperature is 35 ℃ , the crosslinking time is 80 min and pH is 5.23 , cellulose/chitosan composite microspheres has good adsorption performance for copper ( Ⅱ ) and good selective adsorption capacity.
