摘要:
设计并加工了铝 5A06 的热处理、氩弧焊以及电子束焊工艺样件。分别对 3 种样件进行了 SEM 形貌分析、能谱分析,分析结果表明 3 种处理方法均在样件表面生成了氧化膜,氩弧焊、电子束焊样件在热影响区、焊缝区形成了第二相。首先采用 30% 的盐酸去除热处理、氩弧焊以及电子束焊样件表面的氧化膜,然后按照 1 ∶ 3 的比例采用 HF 酸和 HNO 3 的混合酸对 3 种样件进行酸侵蚀,最后对其进行化学氧化处理,结果表明 3 种样件表面的化学氧化膜色泽基本一致。
Abstract:
: The heat treatment , argon arc welding and electron beam welding of Al 5A06 samples were designed and processed. SEM morphology analysis and energy spectrum analysis were carried out on the three samples , and the analysis results showed that the oxide film was generated on the surface of the samples by the three treatment methods , and the second phase was formed in the heat-affected zone and weld zone of the argon arc welding and electron beam welding samples. Firstly , 30% hydrochloric acid was used to remove the oxide film on the surface of the three samples , and then HF acid and HNO 3 acid was mixed by 1 ∶ 3 volume ratio to corrode the samples , the chemical oxidation treatment was lastly carried out on the samples , the results showed that the color of the oxide film on the three kinds of samples was basically the same.
