Ni-P-MoS2合金作为一种新型复合材料,其性能受到电流密度、镀液温度和镀液pH值等多种因素影响,这些因素影响电镀过程中的沉积机制、镀层成分和结构变化等方面,最终决定镀层的性能。为提升Ni-P-MoS2合金装饰镀层的硬度与耐磨特性,对不同电沉积参数下的Ni-P-MoS2合金装饰镀层性能进行研究。采用硫酸镍、次亚磷酸钠、柠檬酸钠等试剂,并添加MoS2微粒配制Ni-P-MoS2镀液。试验材料选择6061铝合金和镍板,通过直流稳压电源进行电沉积过程。通过调整不同电沉积参数,制备一系列Ni-P-MoS2合金装饰镀层,并对这些镀层在不同电沉积参数下的硬度和耐磨性进行测试。测试结果显示:当电流密度为1.0 A/dm2时,镀层的硬度显著提升,相较于0.5、2.0、3.0、4.0 A/dm2的电流密度条件下,其硬度更高,同时磨损量和摩擦系数也相对较低。当镀液pH值为5.5时,镀层展现出更高的硬度和更优的耐磨性能。在镀液温度设置为70 ℃的条件下,镀层的性能也更为优异。因此,当电流密度为1.0 A/dm2、pH值为5.5、镀液温度为70 ℃时,为制备Ni-P-MoS2合金装饰镀层的最优电沉积方案。
Abstract:
As a new type of composite material, the performance of Ni-P-MoS2 alloy is influenced by various factors such as current density, plating solution temperature, and plating solution pH value. These factors affect the deposition mechanism, coating composition, and structural changes during the electroplating process, ultimately determining the performance of the coating. To improve the hardness and wear resistance of Ni-P-MoS 2 alloy decorative coatings, the performance of Ni-P-MoS 2 alloy decorative coatings under different electrodeposition parameters was studied. Using reagents such as nickel sulfate, sodium hypophosphite, and sodium citrate, and adding MoS 2 particles to prepare Ni-P- MoS2 plating solution. 6061 aluminum alloy and nickel plate were selected as experimental materials, and the electrodeposition process was carried out using a DC stabilized power supply. A series of Ni-P-MoS 2 alloy decorative coatings were prepared by adjusting different electrodeposition parameters, and the hardness and wear resistance of these coatings were tested under different electrodeposition parameters. The test results show that when the current density is 1.0 A/dm 2, the hardness of the coating is significantly improved. Compared with the current density conditions of 0.5, 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0 A/dm2, the hardness is higher, and the wear amount and friction coefficient are relatively lower. When the pH value of the plating solution is 5.5, the coating exhibits higher hardness standards and better wearing resistance. Under the condition of setting the plating solution temperature to 70 ℃, the performance of the coating is also more excellent. Therefore, when the current density is 1.0 A/dm2, the pH value is 5.5, and the plating solution temperature is 70 ℃, the optimal electrodeposition scheme is provided for the preparation of Ni-P-MoS2 alloy decorative coatings.
