摘要:
提出了湿法超声机械镀铝层的工艺,采用湿法超声机械镀设备制备了镀铝层。为深入剖析镀层特性,运用白光干涉仪对镀层的表面形貌开展了高精度的观测。同时,借助多功能扫描电子显微镜,利用其发射的高能电子束扫描镀层表面,从而获取镀层微观尺度下的结构细节。并且使用能谱分析仪,通过电子束轰击镀层表面,激发特征X射线,依据特征X射线的能量分布,对镀层的化学成分进行了定性与半定量分析,鉴别出元素种类,并计算出各元素的相对含量。使用测厚仪对镀层的厚度进行测量。结果表明:在工件表面获得了一定厚度的铝层(约14.17 μm),镀层主要由铝和铁构成,铝颗粒是镀层的主体,铝粉在镀层中分布不均匀,表面存在大颗粒状物质,镀层断面细腻、均匀、平整,镀层整体质量优异,且铝含量大于65%。
Abstract:
The Ultrasonic-based wet mechanical plating method was present to prepare Al coatings on metallic surfaces. In order to deeply analyze the characteristics of the coating, researchers used a white light interferometer to conduct high-precision observations of the surface morphology of the coating. At the same time, with the help of a multi-functional scanning electron microscope, they scanned the surface of the coating with the high-energy electron beam emitted by it, thus obtaining the structural details of the coating at the micro scale. In addition, an energy dispersive spectrometer was used. By bombarding the surface of the coating with an electron beam, characteristic X-rays were excited. Based on the energy distribution of the characteristic X-rays, qualitative and semi-quantitative analyses of the chemical composition of the coating were carried out to accurately identify the types of elements and calculate the relative contents of each element. The thickness of the plating layer was measurde using a thickness gauge. The results show that a certain thickness of Al coating can be obtained (about 14.17 μm); the coating is mainly made up of Al and Fe, most of the coating is Al powder particles and the distribution of sheet aluminum power in the coating is uneven,There are large granular substances on the surface; The cutting plane of the coating is delicate, uniform and smooth. The overall aluminum content in the coating is greater than 65%
