摘要:
针对接地纯锌在天津滨海地区的腐蚀问题,采用电化学极化曲线和阻抗测试研究了土壤浸出液中盐含量对Zn腐蚀行为的影响。基于灰色关联度和相关性分析,探究了Zn在添加3.5% NaCl与天然海水的2种土壤配制浸出液中电化学数据的关联性。结果表明:两种土壤浸出液中Zn的腐蚀反应由电荷转移步骤控制,Zn的腐蚀产物膜缺陷浓度增加;随着盐含量增加,腐蚀速率增加,腐蚀过程由阴极控制步骤转变为阳极控制步骤。Zn在上述两种土壤中自腐蚀电流密度(Jcorr)之间的灰色关联度γ为0.526,相关性系数R2为0.993;极化电阻(Rp)的灰色关联度γ为0.664,相关系数R2之间灰色关联度为0.849。Zn在上述两种土壤浸出液中的电化学数据具有较高灰色关联度和较强相关性,可用3.5% NaCl溶液加入土壤的形式模拟预测沿海接地金属的土壤腐蚀行为。
Abstract:
To address the corrosion issues with pure zinc grounding in Tianjin Binhai area, effects of salt content in soil leachate on the corrosion behaviour of zinc were investigated through electrochemical polarisation curves and impedance testing. Based on grey correlation and correlation analysis, the relationship between electrochemical data of zinc in two soil leading solutions was investigate d which is one prepared with 3.5% NaCl and the other with natural seawater. The results indicate that the corrosion reaction of Zn in both soil leachates is controlled by charge transfer steps. As the salt content increases, the concentration of defects in the corrosion product film on zinc increases, leading to a higher corrosion rate. The corrosion process changes from a cathodically controlled step to an anodically controlled step. The grey correlation coefficient γ between the self-corrosion current density Jcorr of Zn in the two types of soil mentioned above is 0.526, with a correlation coefficient R? of 0.993. The grey correlation coefficient γ of the polarisation resistance Rp is 0.664, with a correlation coefficient R? of 0.849. The electrochemical data of Zn in the leachate of the two types of soil mentioned above exhibit a high grey correlation coefficient and strong correlation. This can be used to simulate and predict the corrosion behaviour of coastal grounded metallic soils by adding 3.5% NaCl solution to the soil.
