高铬钢低表面处理涂料制备研究

- 本文针对高铬钢带油带锈表面涂装进行了低表面处理涂料研制,得到了涂料制造的优化配方与工艺。以相应国家标准评价了该低表面处理涂料性能,结果表明,优化配方及工艺下的涂料具有良好的涂装性能,涂料润湿性能好,有合适的溶解力与挥发力梯度,没有带油涂装常见的缩孔、针孔、露底等问题。涂膜干燥性能好,具有良好的力学性能,硬度1.65,耐冲击强度60 kg·cm,附着力0级。涂料能够在高铬钢设备维护时进行带油带锈涂装,制备的涂层耐蚀性能好,超过GB/T 1763-1989要求的漆膜耐酸、碱、盐性能指标。
- Abstract:
- Surface-tolerant coating were developed for the coating of high chromium steel belts with oil and rust, and the optimized formula and process of coating manufacturing were obtained. The performance of the manufactured surface-tolerant coating was evaluated in accordance with the corresponding national standard. The results show that the coating with optimized formulation and process have good coating performance, good wetting properties, suitable dissolution and volatility gradients, and there are no shrinkage holes, pinholes, exposed bottom and other problems which is common in oil coatings. The coating has good drying performance and mechanical properties with hardness of 1.65, impact resistance of 60 kg·cm and adhesion of 0 grade. The paint can be coated with oil and rust during the maintenance of high-chromium steel equipment. The prepared coating has good corrosion resistance, which exceeds the acid, alkali and salt performance indicators of the paint film required by GB/T 1763-1989.
