- 采用阴极活化、阳极腐蚀、酸洗、吹砂、预镀镍或吹砂与预镀镍结合等镀前处理方式,研究了镀前处理对 GH4169 电镀铬的影响。结果表明:吹砂和吹砂与预镀镍结合的镀前处理方式能有效在 GH4169 圆形表面形成铬层,铬层外观、结合力好;仅吹砂与预镀镍结合的镀前处理方式,并利用辅助阳极和保护阴极,能有效在锥形块垫片表面均匀成膜,铬层厚度均匀,外观和结合力好。
- Abstract:
- : The effects of pretreatment on GH4169 chromium electroplating were studied by cathodic activation , anodic corrosion , pickling , sand blowing , pre-nickel plating or sand blowing combined with pre-nickel plating. The results showed that the chromium layer can be effectively formed on the round surface of GH4169 by sand blowing and sand blowing combined with pre-nickel plating , and the layer had good appearance and adhesion. The pretreatment way of sand blowing combined with pre-nickel plating with auxiliary anode and protective cathode can effectively form uniform chromium layer on the surface of conical block gasket , and the layer had uniform thickness , good appearance and bonding force.
