摘要:航空发动机的钢质零部件使用非常多的电镀铬工艺,但工厂产品中依然以传统的六价铬电镀技术为主,目前三价铬电镀技术前景好、低毒环保、性能甚至还不衰减,因此有诸多单位开展了三价铬电镀技术的应用研究。本论文基于三价铬电镀配方开展探索,设计了两种镀液配方并将其与传统的六价铬镀液进行了对比。结果表明:三价铬(工艺-B)制备的Cr镀层摩擦系数约为0.21,中性盐雾试验96 h后有红锈出现,传统Cr镀层(工艺-A)的综合性能最佳。但考虑到三价铬电镀液的低毒特性,工艺-B依然可作为传统六价Cr电镀的替代方案,本研究为钢质零件低毒镀铬镀液配方(三价铬)工业应用奠定了技术基础。
Abstract:
The steel parts of aircraft engines use a lot of Cr electroplating processes. However, traditional hexavalent chromium electroplating technology is still the main method used in factory products. At present, trivalent chromium electroplating technology has a good prospect, low toxicity and environmental protection, and its performance has not even declined. Therefore, many units have carried out research on the application of trivalent chromium electroplating technology. This paper explored the trivalent chromium plating formula, designed two plating solution formulas, and compared them with traditional hexavalent chromium plating solutions. The results show that the traditional Cr coating (process-A) has the best comprehensive properties, the friction coefficient of Cr coating prepared by trivalent chromium (process-B) is about 0.21, and the red rust appears after 96 h of neutral salt spray life. Although the comprehensive performance of trivalent chromium (process-B) is worse than the traditional hexavalent chromium plating process, taking into account the environmental protection of the trivalent chromium plating process, process-B can still be considered as an alternative to the current traditional hexavalent Cr plating solution, and give a good technical support for the replacement of low-toxicity plating solution in the aviation engine industry
