- 涂装产品在沿海、海岛、化工园区与高海拔地区使用,一般需要适应其复杂多样的温度、湿度、辐射等气候条件。本文选择“环氧底漆+氟碳面漆”与“环氧底漆+丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆”体系为研究对象制备涂层,并对其耐腐蚀与抗老化性能进行研究,结果表明:氟碳面漆与丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆涂层耐腐蚀性能相差不多,但二者抗老化性能差别较大,氟碳面漆涂料抗老化性能明显优于丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料。
- Abstract:
- Coating products used in coastal and island, chemical industry park and the high elevation area, usually need to adapt the variation of climatic conditions, temperature, humidity, radiation amount. In this paper the corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties of the epoxy primer plus fluorocarbon finish and epoxy primer plus acrylic polyurethane topcoat system were studied. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of fluorocarbon finish and acrylic polyurethane topcoat coating was similar, but the anti-aging properties of the two coatings are quite different. The anti-aging properties of fluorocarbon finish paint are better than those of acrylic polyurethane coatings.
