A lot of sulfonated bodies applied in electroplating field were particularized. According to the differences from the action of sulfonated bodies in electroplating, the function of sulfogroup was classified. The general equation of reaction and the sulfonated bodies were particularized respectively; in accordance with the sulfonating agent. Advantages and shortcoming of different kinds of sulfonation reaction were expatiated and compared in detail.
