摘要:
将氧压合成法生产的锡酸钠与传统碱解法生产的锡酸钠通过电镀验证的方式进行了质量对比,从而考察氧压合成法生产工艺能否取代传统的碱解法生产工艺。实验结果表明,氧压合成法生产的锡酸钠所得锡镀层,在色泽、晶粒大小、可焊性、耐腐蚀性及表面粗糙度均优于碱解法生产的锡酸钠,可在实际生产中应用。
Abstract:
Qualities of sodium stannate which produced by new developed oxygen pressure synthetic process and traditional alkali solution process were compared by tin electroplating test.Thereby,whether the new process could replace the traditional one or not in sodium stannate production could be verified.Results showed that sodium stannate produced by the new process was better than that produced by traditional process in tin coating qualities such as luster,crystal grain size,solderability,corrosion resistance and surface roughness.Thus,the new process could be used in practical production.
