- 某产品为钢铁金属外壳,表面处理原为中高温脱脂、中温磷化后再涂装,以满足外观要求。本着节能降耗的目标,对原脱脂、磷化工艺进行改进,通过实验和配方筛选,改为常温脱脂、常温磷化。对磷化膜的外观、质量、耐蚀性及涂膜附着力、柔韧性及抗冲击韧度进行了检查和测试,经批量生产验证,产品质量合格。实践证明,采用常温脱脂、常温磷化工艺可大幅度降低能源消耗,并满足精益化生产和环境保护的要求。
- Abstract:
- The product is steel metal shell,the original surface treatment processes were middle-high temperature degreasing and phosphating first and then painting.For sake of energy saving and consumption reducing,the original degreasing and phosphating processes were improved from middle-high temperature into room temperature through experiments and formulation selection.Appearance,quality,corrosion resistance,adhesion,flexibility and impact toughness of the phosphated coating were tested and inspected,and product’s quality was qualified through mass production validation.Practice had proved that adopting the room temperature degreasing and phosphating processes could significantly reducing the energy consumption and meet the requirements of lean production and environmental protection.
