摘要:
钛及钛合金是非常活泼的金属,表面容易生成一种自然的氧化膜,电镀时很难获得结合力良好的镀层。某型号飞机起落架TC6钛合金零件在镀铬后铬层经常出现起皮、鼓泡等现象,严重影响了产品的正常交付。通过对影响镀铬层结合力的因素进行分析,总结出了几种提高钛合金零件镀铬层结合力的常用方法,并对铬层的结合力检测方法作了简要的介绍。
Abstract:
Titanium and its alloys are very reactive metals,it’s easy to generate a natural oxide film on their surfaces,and it’s difficult to obtain good coating adhesion in plating process. Peeling and blister often occurred after the chrome plating process for a certain model aircraft landing gear( TC6 titanium parts), which has seriously affected normal delivery of the product. Through analyzing influencing factors of the coating adhesion,several commonly used methods for improving the adhesion are briefly summarized,and methods for detecting the adhesion are briefly introduced.
