通过扫描电镜研究了30Cr2Ni4MoV钢热浸镀锌表面的显微组织,采用静态质量损失法在3.5%NaCl溶液中进行096 h的腐蚀试验。结果表明,最佳热浸镀锌温度θ在520580℃之间。镀锌层中的组织从钢基开始,依次为Г、δ_1、ζ和η相。随着热浸镀锌时间的增加,镀锌层腐蚀程度发生较大变化;腐蚀速率随着浸镀温度的增加表现出单调减小的变化趋势。

The microstructure of hot-dip galvanized layer of 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel was studied by scanning electron microscopy,and the weightlessness corrosion rate in 3. 5% NaCl solution for 0 ~ 96 h was measured by static weight-loss method. The results showed that the best high Cr steel galvanized temperature was between 520 ~ 580 ℃. The galvanized layer of tissue from the beginning of the steel base followed byГ,δ1,ζ and η phase. With the increasing of galvanized time,great changes had taken place in the corrosion speed of galvanized layer. The corrosion rate increased with the increase of immersion plating temperature and showed monotone decreasing trends.
