采用化学镀技术对常用模具材料45#钢进行表面处理,分别制备了Ni-P合金镀层和Ni-PSiC复合镀层,并研究了两种镀层的表面形貌、成分、硬度和耐磨性能。结果表明:两种镀层都为胞状形貌,Ni-P-SiC复合镀层中纳米SiC颗粒的含量约为5.03 wt%。与45#钢相比,两种镀层的硬度明显提高,且由表向内呈梯度降低的趋势。两种镀层的耐磨性能都优于45#钢,且Ni-P-SiC复合镀层的摩擦因数和磨损失重更低,相比Ni-P合金镀层具有更好的减摩、抗磨作用。

The surface treatment of commonly-used mould materials(45#steel)was carried out using electroless plating. Ni-P alloy coating and Ni-P-SiC composite coating were prepared,and the surfacemorphology,components,hardness and wear resistance of two coatings were investigated. Resultsshowed that the cellular morphology were presented in the two coatings,and 5.03 wt% nano-SiC particleswere contained in Ni-P-SiC composite coating. The hardness of two coatings was obviously higher thanthat of 45#steel,which also presented a decreasing tendency on the depth direction from the coating surfaceto the substrate. The wear resistance of two coatings was superior to 45#steel,and the friction coefficientand wear mass loss of Ni-P-SiC composite coating were much lower,therefore,Ni-P-SiC composite coating had better friction-reducing and anti-wear effect than that of Ni-P alloy coating.
