- 针对浸锌溶液的组分氧化锌、氢氧化钠和酒石酸钾钠的含量的测定方法,分别比较了不同分析方法对分析结果的影响。结果表明:氧化锌的分析方法采用以铬黑T为指示剂的EDTA络合滴定法;氢氧化钠的测定采用以酚酞为指示剂的酸碱滴定法;酒石酸钾钠的测定采用氧化还原滴定法。这些方法可以提高分析的准确性,为浸锌溶液的调整提供了可靠的依据。
- Abstract:
- For the determination of zinc oxide, sodium hydroxide and potassium sodium tartrate in zinc dipping l solution, the effects of different analytical methods on the analysis results were compared. The results showed that the EDTA complexometric titration method with chrome black T as indicator was used for zinc oxide analysis, and the acid-base titration method with phenolphthalein as indicator was used for sodium hydroxide determination. The redox titration was used for potassium sodium tartrate determination. These methods can improve the accuracy of analysis and provide a reliable basis for the adjustment of zinc dipping solution.
