- 本文介绍了一次车门铰链电泳异物的排查与解决过程,首先通过分段排查的方法将问题的根因锁定在电泳段,再通过对电泳参数、铰链间隙和铰链材质的逐一排查分析确定问题原因。结果表明,铰链衬套中的聚四氟乙烯存在混料现象,混料后的衬套耐压值降低,电泳过程中易被电击穿而引发大电流,在大电流的作用下铰链周围的电泳漆析出并附着在铰链上,经烘房烘烤后形成铰链异物。原因确定后,通过采用断料和隔离的手段,彻底解决了铰链异物问题。相关研究结果可以为汽车涂装过程中电泳问题的防治与解决提供借鉴参考。
- Abstract:
- : In this paper , the investigation and solution process of electrophoretic foreign matter on a door hinge was introduced. Firstly , the root cause of the problem was locked in the electrophoresis section by the method of segmented investigation , and then the cause of the problem was determined by the investigation and analysis of electrophoresis parameters , hinge clearance and hinge material one by one. The results show that the polytetrafluoroethylene in the hinge bushing is mixed with other materials and reduce the pressure resistance value of the bushing , and it is easy to be electrically broken down during the electrophoresis process and cause a large current. Under the action of the large current , the electrophoretic paint around the hinge is precipitated and adhered , and foreign matters on hinges are formed after baking in the drying room. After the cause was determined , the problem of foreign matter in the hinge was completely solved by means of material breaking and isolation. Relevant research results can provide reference for the prevention and solution of electrophoresis problems in the process of automobile coating.
