摘要:
首件鉴定在装备质量控制中应用广泛。在生产条件变化情况下,通过对首件(批)产品进行鉴定,以确定生产条件能够保证产品满足设计要求,防止产品出现批次性问题。本文通过对某装备涉及化学镀镍的零件开展首件鉴定,对马氏体不锈钢的化学镀镍生产过程控制进行了分析;对首件鉴定的有效性与充分性进行了研究,对首件鉴定工作中检查不充分等常见问题提出了对策思路,为装备质量稳定提供了建议与参考。
Abstract:
First article inspection has been widely used in equipment quality control. In the case of changing production conditions, the first article(batch) product is inspected to determine whether the production conditions can ensure that the product meets the design requirements and prevent batch problems. The article analyzes the production process control of electroless nickel plating on martensitic stainless steel through the application of first piece inspection of nickel plated parts on a certain equipment; the effectiveness and adequacy of first article inspection were studied, some countermeasures were proposed for common problems such as insufficient inspection in the first article inspection. The article provides suggestions and references for the stability of equipment quality
