- 采用在线真空清洗、干燥方法,解决了形状复杂且有盲孔、凹槽、狭缝、螺纹、细孔或深孔零件在电镀工序间以及电镀前后表面清洗处理时的清洗质量问题。本文重点介绍了真空清洗干燥设备的工作原理、结构、清洗工作过程、设备参数、控制功能等。
- Abstract:
- The problem of cleaning quality of complicated part with blind hole, groove, slit, thread, fine hole or deep hole was solved by vacuum cleaning and drying equipment on electroplating production line in, before or after electroplating process. In this paper, the working principle, structure, cleaning process, equipment parameters and control functions of the vacuum cleaning and drying equipment were introduced.
