- 为解决起落架转筒零件粘接织物型自润滑衬垫的工艺问题,采用对比试验的方法,研究了在 A-100 钢基体上粘接衬垫时,采用吹砂与不吹砂两种工艺对粘接强度、粘接完整性等性能的影响。结果表明:在固化工艺参数不变的条件下,前处理采用吹砂方法可以提高粘接强度 14% ;同时,从“人、机、料、法、环、测”等方面对转筒零件的粘接提出了质量控制要求,实践证明粘接衬垫时沿径向裁切、彻底清洗、以富含聚四氟乙烯的背面作为粘接面、专用工装固定和控制粘接的完整性、粘接强度及无载启动力矩具有很强的可操作性,能较好地保证产品的质量,具有一定的推广价值。
- Abstract:
- : In order to solve the technological problem of bonding fabric self-lubricating liner for landing gear rotating cylinder parts , the effects of grit blasting on the bonding strength and bonding integrity of the bonding liner on the steel A-100 matrix were studied by means of comparative test. The results showed that the bonding strength can be increased by 14% by the grit blasting method under the condition that the curing process parameters remain unchanged. At the same time , the quality control requirements of the bonding of the rotating cylinder parts are put forward from the aspects of personnel , machine , material , method , environment and measurement. Practice has proved that it is highly operable to cut along the radial direction , thoroughly clean , take the back rich in PTFE as the bonding surface , fix and control the integrity of bonding , bonding strength and no-load starting torque. It can better ensure the quality of products and has certain promotion value.
