干冰前处理方式在农业机械现场涂装维修技术中的应用研究

- 采用带锈钢材、带胶钢板以及带窄缝结构等类型的试样替代农机涂装破坏后表面状况,研究了干冰前处理方式对三类试样的处理效果,分析了试样经前处理和涂装施工后的涂层厚度、涂层附着力及耐蚀性等性能,并与喷砂处理方式进行了对比。结果表明,干冰前处理方式处理效果优异,可有效去除基材表面的胶类、锈蚀等污物以及带窄缝结构的污物。试样经干冰前处理和涂装施工后的涂层厚度与喷砂相当,涂层附着力及耐蚀性优于喷砂。该处理方式适合作为环境恶劣的农机漆膜修补前处理,具有推广前景。
- Abstract:
- The rusty steel, glued steel and narrow seam structure were used to substitute the surface condition of damaged agricultural machinery coating. The treatment effect of dry ice pretreatment on three kinds of samples was studied. The coating thickness, coating adhesion and corrosion resistance of the samples after pretreatment and coating construction were analyzed, and compared with sandblasting treatment. The results showed that the dry ice pretreatment method had excellent treatment effect, and can effectively remove the dirt such as glue and rust on the substrate surface and the dirt in narrow seam structure. The coating thickness of the sample after dry ice pretreatment and coating construction was equivalent to that of sandblasting, while the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating were better than that of sand blasting. The dry ice treatment method was suitable for the pretreatment of repairing agricultural machinery paint film with bad working environment, and had the prospect of popularization.
