- 珍珠镍电镀工艺因其柔和、高雅、防炫目等优点,越来越多地被应用于装饰性电镀产品中。镀层砂感与色泽的控制是珍珠镍电镀工艺的难点。针对聚(丙烯腈 - 丁二烯 - 苯乙烯)( ABS )塑胶电镀珍珠镍工艺,通过对其工艺流程、溶液组成成份、原理及作用的阐述,详细分析了各参数对珍珠镍镀层砂感及色泽的影响,并介绍了相应的控制方法。结果表明:严格把控这些影响因素,可有效提高镀层砂感及色泽的稳定性,降低生产成本,提高电镀合格率。
- Abstract:
- : The pearl nickel electroplating process has been used more and more in decorative electroplating products because of its soft , elegant and anti-dazzling advantages. It is difficult to control the sand sense and color of the plating. The process , composition , principle and function of poly ( acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene )( ABS ) plastic electroplating pearl-nickel were described. The influence of parameters on the sand sense and color of the pearl-nickel coating was analyzed in detail , and the corresponding control methods were introduced. The results show that strict control of these influencing factors can effectively improve the sand sense and color stability of the coating , reduce the production cost , and improve the qualified rate of electroplating.
