研制了以硫酸、草酸、酒石酸为主要成分的铝合金硬质阳极氧化电解液。讨论了硫酸亚铁浓度、温度、时间、电流密度等因素的影响。确立了本实验的最佳工艺,与传统的硬质阳极氧化相比,温度由-1010℃提高至1025℃,所得氧化膜均达到良好的性能。
- Abstract:

An electrolyte solution with sulfuric acid,oxalic acid and tartaric acid as the main component for aluminium alloy hard anodization was developed.The effects of factors such as ferrous sulfate concentration,temperature,time,current density ect on the process were discussed.Optimal anodization technology was established.Operating temperature range of the new technology is 10~25℃ while that of traditional technology is-10~10℃,properties of the hard anodization film obtained are excellent.
