- 电镀用水根据水源不同可分为给水、在线水循环、末端水回用、中水回用四类。电镀给水一般采用反渗透技术,对进水水质要求较高,需要砂滤、炭滤、微滤、超滤及正渗透等一种或数种过滤工艺组合作为预处理。当电镀多种给水系统同时存在时,需采用适当的给水组合,使操作、管理和成本最佳。
- Abstract:
- Electroplating water supply,according to the water sources,could be divided into 4 sorts namely tap,on-line recycling,end-of-pipe recycling and reclaimed water.Reverse osmosis(RO) technology has been used widely in water desalination for purification and reclamation but the RO membranes should be protected from scaling and fouling by pre-filtration,most commonly by using respective or combinative processes such as sand or carbon and/or micro,ultra-filtration or forward osmosis.Incase of multiform water supply systems concurrence,combining compatible streams for different processes are needed to reach management,operation,cost- efficiency.
