摘要:
针对结晶器铜板电镀镍钴合金工艺,为得到表面质量合格,硬度达标的镀层,采用控制变量法,研究了Ni、Co离子浓度、润湿剂、硼酸含量对铜板镀层的影响。结果表明:当氨基磺酸镍维持在较低浓度梯度时(450~550g/L),只要将镀液中钴浓度的含量控制在10~20 g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠的浓度控制在 0.25 g/L ,硼酸浓度在29 g/L,便可得到硬度在220~300 HV,表面无针孔或脱落的镍钴合金电镀层。
Abstract:
For the electroplating process of nickel-cobalt alloy on copper plates in the crystallizer, a variable control method was employed to achieve a coating with acceptable surface quality and the desired hardness. The study investigated the impact of Ni and Co ion concentrations, wetting agents, and boric acid content on the copper plate plating layer. The results indicated that by maintaining a low concentration gradient of nickel amino sulfonate (450550 g/L), and ensuring that the cobalt concentration in the plating solution ranged from 10 to 20 g/L, the sodium dodecylsulfate concentration at 0.25 g/L, and a boric acid concentration of 29 g/L, a nickel-cobalt alloy electroplating layer with a hardness of 220300 HV was achieved, featuring a surface free from pinholes or detachment
