- 针对电镀行业中,铜及铜合金前处理活化过程存在的盐酸挥发性强、污染性大的问题,本文尝试采用环保型酸盐取代盐酸用于铜合金的活化过程。实验结果表明酸盐的酸洗效果与盐酸相当,酸盐的使用不影响镀层附着强度、硬度等性能指标,并且酸盐对设备的腐蚀性更低,对环境较为友好。
- Abstract:
- In view of the problems of strong volatility and pollution of hydrochloric acid in the activation process of copper and copper alloy pretreatment in electroplating industry, this paper attempts to use environmentally friendly acid salt instead of hydrochloric acid in the activation process of copper alloy. The experiment results showed that the pickling effect of environmental acid salt was equivalent to that of hydrochloric acid, and the use of acid salt did not affect the adhesion strength, hardness and other properties of the coating. Moreover, the acid salt was less corrosive to equipment and more environmentally friendly.
