- 为解决传统阳极化工艺温度较窄的问题,采用硫酸-酒石酸钾钠宽温阳极化工艺,在低、中、高温度条件下对采用不同焊接方式的铝合金材料进行加工,研究了宽温阳极化工艺及相关处理方法对于铝合金材料焊接质量的影响。结果表明,在高、中、低温条件下,硫酸-酒石酸钾钠宽温阳极化工艺可以保证2219、2A14铝合金焊接后的耐腐蚀性能和力学性能。
- Abstract:
- To solve the problem of narrow temperature in traditional anodization process, the influence of wide temperatures anodizing and relevant treatment methods on welding quality of aluminium alloy were researched in this paper. Sulfuric acid-potassium sodium tartrate anodizing technique was used to dispose aluminium alloy welded by various procedures at low, middle and high temperature conditions. The results showed that, under high, medium and low temperature conditions, the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of 2219 and 2A14 aluminium alloys after welding could be guaranteed by sulfuric acid-potassium sodium tartrate wide temperature anodization process.
