- 初步研究了2195铝锂合金碱性化学铣切(简称化铣)工艺。结果表明,在一定条件下,通过添加一定浓度的添加剂A、B和C,2195铝锂合金平板试片化铣均匀性好,化铣速度为0.0297mm/min,侧切率为0.988,粗糙度基本保持不变。研究结果对2195铝锂合金产品化铣加工工艺优化可提供参考。
- Abstract:
- The basic milling process of 2195 Al-Li alloy was studied. It was found that 2195 Al-Li alloy plates were milled evenly by adding certain concentration of additives A, B and C under certain conditions. Chemical milling speed is 0.0297 mm/min, side cutting is 0.988, the roughness basically remains unchanged. It provides a reference for the optimization of milling process of 2195 Al-Li alloy.
