- 某电工纯铁产品发蓝后表面容易出现白色析出物、压痕以及红色挂霜等异常现象。结合该产品实际机械加工过程,深入分析异常发生的原因。研究结果表明:控制机械加工尺寸,细化清洗要求,控制槽液浓度以及加强发蓝过程夹具抖动,可以消除上述发蓝后的异常问题,提高产品质量。
- Abstract:
- : A series of unexpected appearances were presented on the surface of electromagnetism pure iron after bluing , including white precipitates , indentations and red frosting and so on. A deeply analysis of these abnormal phenomena combined with the actual machining process was made. The analytic results indicate that quality promotion of product could be controlled by machining precision , accurate cleanliness , concentration of bath solution and waggle stepped-up of fixture during bluing process to overcome the disadvantages mentioned above.
